What an AI agent can see

Agents are private to you until you share them, and they see the workspaces they are given.

Nobody else in your organization can message them or read their conversations until you share them.

What every agent in your org does draw on is your Company Brain, which is shared on purpose so nobody has to be told the same thing twice. Your Second Brain is the opposite: personal to you, and not shared with anyone else.
