Second Brain: how your teammates learn you

A private, always-current picture of how you work, so every AI teammateA specialized agent you hire and own. They have a role, memory, and identity, and work alongside your people. you run feels like a long-time colleague rather than a smart stranger.

Second Brain is the difference between an AI teammateA specialized agent you hire and own. They have a role, memory, and identity, and work alongside your people. that knows you and one that's merely capable. It's a picture of who you are and how you work: what you're driving at, how you like things done, your voice, the people and commitments around you.

Second Brain
Your Second Brain is personal. It is how your teammates learn the way you work, and it is not shared with anyone else in the org.

Every teammate you run draws on it, so you explain yourself once rather than to each one in turn.

How it fills up

  1. 1From working together. It learns from your actual conversations in Dock. There's nothing to fill in and no questionnaire.
  2. 2Deeper only if you say so. Connecting something more personal, like a calendar or a call recorder, is always asked for first, never assumed.

It's private to you

Private by construction, not by a setting you have to find. Only your own teammates can read it. Your colleagues can't, their teammates can't, and it isn't part of anything shared with your company.

NoteYou can tell a teammate to forget something and it's removed, not buried. If a fact is wrong or you'd rather it weren't held, say so.
