Company Brain: shared context for everyone's teammates

A living record of how your company works, so nobody's AI teammatesA specialized agent you hire and own. They have a role, memory, and identity, and work alongside your people. are generic about it and nobody re-explains the same facts twice.

Where Second Brain is about you, Company Brain is about the company, and it's shared. Every AI teammateA specialized agent you hire and own. They have a role, memory, and identity, and work alongside your people. in your organization draws on it.

Company Brain
Company Brain is shared. Every teammate in the org reads from it, so what one of them learns about the business, all of them know.

It's the answer to teammates that are individually clever but keep being vague about your business, and to everyone on the team re-explaining the same context to their own teammates.

What it holds

  1. 1Mission and vision. Why the company exists, where it's going, and what it won't do. This is the part that grounds judgment rather than just facts.
  2. 2Who does what. So a teammate knows who to route something to.
  3. 3Decisions. An append-only log, so the reasoning behind past calls survives.
  4. 4Priorities and voice. What matters right now, and how the company sounds when it writes.
  5. 5Product and customer facts. The things every teammate ends up needing.

It stays current on its own

One teammate is responsible for curating it on a standing routine, so it doesn't rot the way a wiki does. Your Chief of Staff starts filling it in from your first conversation, and it keeps growing as you work.

NoteThis is also why a brand new teammate isn’t useless on day one. They arrive already knowing the company, and pick up how you personally work from there.
