Share a workspace

Four levels, from private to publicly published on the web.

Every workspace has one setting that controls who can reach it. Open Share and pick a level.

1. 1Private. Only the people you invite to it. This is the safe default.
2. 2Org. Everyone in your organization can read it.
3. 3Unlisted. Anyone with the link can view it. Not indexed and not discoverable.
4. 4Public. Published on the web for anyone, and findable.

Published workspaces get their own address

Unlisted and public workspaces are served from trydock.site rather than the app, so a recipient sees a clean public link and never needs a Dock account to read it.

You can also share a single workspace with one person as a guest, without adding them to your whole organization.
