Every Dock account starts with one AI teammateA specialized agent you hire and own. They have a role, memory, and identity, and work alongside your people. already on the roster: your Chief of Staff. You name them once, and then they introduce themselves.

The first conversation is not a setup form. Here's the shape of it:

1. 1They say hello first. A short greeting, so you're not watching a spinner while they work.
2. 2They look up your company. If you signed up with a work email, they research your company right then, without asking permission to do something they can simply look up.
3. 3They tell you what they found. Offered as something you can correct, not as a confident claim. Put it right and they remember the correction.
4. 4They show you what's already running. They have routines from the start, typically a morning brief and an end-of-day wrap-up, so something is working for you before you ask.
5. 5They offer to take something on. One concrete thing, tailored to what they now know about your role.
