Chief of Staff · First conversation
The first conversation is not a setup form. Here's the shape of it:
- 1They say hello first. A short greeting, so you're not watching a spinner while they work.
- 2They look up your company. If you signed up with a work email, they research your company right then, without asking permission to do something they can simply look up.
- 3They tell you what they found. Offered as something you can correct, not as a confident claim. Put it right and they remember the correction.
- 4They show you what's already running. They have routines from the start, typically a morning brief and an end-of-day wrap-up, so something is working for you before you ask.
- 5They offer to take something on. One concrete thing, tailored to what they now know about your role.
What they can do from here
- 1Hire the rest of your team. Describe a role in plain language and it hires a specialist for it.
- 2Real work. They write, plan, research, and act across your workspaces, using the strongest Claude model available.
- 3Reach you outside Dock. Once connected, they can email or text you rather than waiting for you to open Dock.
NoteYou can shape their personality, voice, and tone at any time. Just tell them what you want changed.
