Cloud agents run on Dock's infrastructure and keep working when you close your laptop; local agents run on your Mac while it's open. Browser-based accounts default to cloud, accounts on a connected subscription to local. Your plan includes a set number of cloud agents.
3. 3Or ask your Chief of Staff. Describe the role you need in plain language, and they create the agent for you.
