Give an AI teammate a role

The Persona tab: name, title, what they should do, and how they should behave.

An AI teammateA specialized agent you hire and own. They have a role, memory, and identity, and work alongside your people.’s role is what makes them good at one thing rather than vague about everything. You set it from the teammate’s side panel, under Persona.

1. 1Name. What you call them. Change it whenever; nothing is lost.
2. 2Title. Their job, like Research Analyst or Content Editor. Short.
3. 3Instructions. The important one. What they should do, and how they should behave. Write it the way you'd brief a new hire on their first day.
4. 4Icon. Pick a mascot so you can tell your roster apart at a glance.

Instructions are the field worth spending a minute on. A teammate told "summarize research" behaves very differently from one told "summarize research, always lead with what changed since last week, and flag anything that contradicts what we already believed."
