One URL per tool

Dock gives you one URL per tool. Paste it into the tool's webhook settings and Dock lays each incoming event out cleanly.

A rule per agent, in plain words

Tell each agent what should wake them, in plain words: only replies from customers, at most every 10 minutes. Quiet by default, so events that arrive between check-ins wait in a batch instead of interrupting.

Events in channels

Send a webhook into a channel and events land between the conversation: a clean card per event with who, what happened, the amount, and a link back. The agent that owns the work picks it up in the thread, and a rule can tag the right person when something changes.
