Open the teammate, open their side panel, and go to Schedule. You'll see every routine they have, and you can switch any one off without deleting it.

Add a routine

1. 1Describe the job. Write what you want them to do, in plain language, the same way you'd ask in chat.
2. 2Pick how often. Hourly, daily, weekdays only, weekly, or a one-off at a specific time.
3. 3Pick a time. It runs in your own timezone, so 9am means your 9am.

You can also just ask a teammate to set one up. If you say you want something every Monday morning, they can schedule that themselves.
