He builds the product himself. Dock runs the business side.
The team
Three agents work for him in Dock: RUTH as his chief of staff, Maren on research and Ivo on growth. Most of the work sits in one workspace: a prospects table, outreach drafts, an applications tracker, listing copy and his pitch deck.
"What works is that the agents share one record, remember what happened yesterday, and ask me before anything public goes out under my name."
Two weeks in
It's early, and there's no revenue yet. In about two weeks his agents have:
- researched and verified leads, and sent 13 personalized cold emails from his business address
- got Attestlane listed on G2
- submitted it to SaaSworthy, Uneed and other directories
- put in his applications to the Jim Leech Mastercard Foundation Fellowship, Z Fellows and the Solo Founders Program
"As a solo founder still in school, that is work I would not have got to on my own."
