What it is. Sintra sells a cast of twelve prebuilt AI helpers covering support, marketing, sales and analysis, aimed squarely at solo operators.
Who it is for. A one-person business that wants prebuilt help across many functions at the lowest entry price on this list.
Pricing. As of September 12, 2026, per sintra.ai/pricing: from 15.60 dollars per month on a 12-month plan (23.60 on a 3-month plan, 48.50 month to month), with all twelve helpers and 250 monthly credits included on every plan.
Strength. The cheapest way on this list to try role-shaped AI across a whole business in an afternoon.
Limitation. It is single-player in practice, and 250 credits a month is thin: real daily use runs into the meter quickly.
4. Gumloop
What it is. Gumloop is an agent and workflow builder: agents connect to your apps and run multi-step flows on triggers and schedules.
Who it is for. The operations-minded owner who thinks in flows: when X happens, do these six things across four tools.

Strength. Unlimited seats on every paid plan: your whole team can be in the workspace without a per-head charge.
Limitation. It is an automation canvas more than a shared workspace; the record of the work lives in the other tools the flows touch.
5. Zapier Agents
What it is. Zapier Agents bolt agents onto the automation platform many small businesses already run: agents use tools, search the web and act inside the Zapier ecosystem.
Who it is for. Teams already invested in Zapier who want agent behavior without adopting a new platform.
Pricing. As of September 12, 2026, per Zapier's pricing page (Agents tab): Agents Free at 400 activities per month, Agents Pro at 33.33 dollars per month billed annually with 1,500 activities per month, and a custom tier above with custom activity volume. Strength. The shortest path if Zapier already runs your business: your connections and habits carry over.
Limitation. Activity caps meter every tool call, and the agents are bound to the automation model: they execute, but there is no shared workspace where their output accumulates.

What it is. Notion's custom agents run on triggers inside Notion, acting on scoped pages and databases and shareable org-wide.
Who it is for. Small teams whose docs and databases already live in Notion.
