• What would make us wrong: specific signals.
• Companies in this space: see the Companies table, filter by thesis.

Companies

Use the Companies surface. Columns: company, thesis, fit (high / medium / low), last touch, decision (passed / interested / invested).

Pass list

Use the Pass list surface. Every "no" with the reason. Columns: company, thesis, pass reason, date, would-revisit-if.

Re-review quarterly. Scout flags pass-list companies whose circumstances may have shifted (new round, new market signal, etc.).
