# Investment thesis library

Theses as living docs. Companies scored against them. Pass list with reasons.

## Theses

One section per active thesis. Each:

### [Thesis name]

- **What we believe:** one paragraph.
- **Why now:** the timing argument.
- **What would make us wrong:** specific signals.
- **Companies in this space:** see the Companies table, filter by thesis.

## Companies

Use the **Companies** surface. Columns: company, thesis, fit (high / medium / low), last touch, decision (passed / interested / invested).

## Pass list

Use the **Pass list** surface. Every "no" with the reason. Columns: company, thesis, pass reason, date, would-revisit-if.

Re-review quarterly. Scout flags pass-list companies whose circumstances may have shifted (new round, new market signal, etc.).
