Renewal queue
Use the Renewal queue surface. Auto-populated from clients within 60 days of renewal. Columns: client, renewal date, current MRR, proposed MRR, status (negotiating / signed / lost).
Cadence
- Weekly: review hours-used vs allocated. Flag overruns.
- Monthly: review at-risk clients. Schedule re-engagement.
- 60 days pre-renewal: open negotiation.
