## Clients

Use the **Clients** surface. Columns: client, retainer ($), hours/mo allocated, hours used MTD, status (healthy / at-risk / overrun), renewal date, owner.

## Engagement docs

One section per client. Relationship context, scope, key contacts, history.

- **History:** prior projects, key wins, friction points

## Renewal queue

Use the **Renewal queue** surface. Auto-populated from clients within 60 days of renewal. Columns: client, renewal date, current MRR, proposed MRR, status (negotiating / signed / lost).

## Cadence

- Weekly: review hours-used vs allocated. Flag overruns.
- Monthly: review at-risk clients. Schedule re-engagement.
- 60 days pre-renewal: open negotiation.
