Use the **Deals** surface. Columns: account, stage, MRR, close date, owner, last touch.

Stages: Discovery → Demo → Trial → Negotiation → Closed-won / Closed-lost.

## Account notes

One section per account here. Relationship context: who we've met, what they care about, blockers, internal champions, competitive landscape.

## Lost reasons

Use the **Lost reasons** surface. Every closed-lost gets a row. Columns: account, reason category, root cause, next-time.

Review monthly — patterns surface here that don't show up in the deal table.
