Now / Next / Later — and the strategic narrative tying them together.

## Themes

What we're betting on this half. 2-4 themes max. Each theme:

- **Theme name** — one-line description.
  Why now, what we expect to learn, what success looks like.

## Now

Use the **Now** surface. Active work. Columns: feature, theme, owner, target ship date, status.

## Next

Use the **Next** surface. Spec'd, ready when capacity opens.

## Later

Use the **Later** surface. Validated as worth doing eventually but not yet. Re-evaluate quarterly.

## Cadence

- Weekly: review Now table, surface blockers
- Bi-weekly: pull from Next into Now as items ship
- Quarterly: re-prioritize Later, update Themes
