## Active partners

Use the **Companies** surface. Columns: company, primary contact, role, status, last touch, next step.

## Conversations

One section per company in the doc — relationship context the table can't hold. Meeting summaries, what they're stuck on, what they're excited about.

## Notes

Use the **Notes** surface for cross-cutting observations. Columns: date, company, observation, action.

## Cadence

- Weekly: review companies with no touch > 7 days
- Bi-weekly: pulse-check call with each active partner
- Monthly: distill notes into a partner-update for everyone
