1:1 notes & quarterly cycle

A 12-week 1:1 cycle. 12-13 meetings, structured prep, structured exit.

## How to use

1. Edit the title above with your IC's name (e.g. "1:1 with Mira · Q3").
2. Run weekly or bi-weekly. Open **Pre-meeting prep** 5 min before each meeting — your agent has drafted the agenda.
3. Capture decisions in **1:1 log** during/after, drop action items into **Action items**, drop next-time topics into **Topics queue**.
4. At week 12, your agent drafts the quarter retro into the log.

## Topics queue

Either of you adds rows during the cycle. Columns: who added · topic · urgency · status. Pulled into the next meeting's prep automatically.

## Action items

One row per action. Columns: owner · item · due · status. Anything >14 days old gets flagged by your agent.

## 1:1 log

Latest meeting at top. One section per meeting: `### YYYY-MM-DD · Meeting #N` → discussed / decided / next steps.

## When you're done (week 12)

Your agent drafts the **Quarter retro** section into the 1:1 log:
- Wins (3 things)
- Carryovers (open actions)
- Pattern to address next quarter (1 specific thing)

Use the retro to set the next cycle's Topics queue. Fork the workspace for Q4.

Fork to next cycle

When you're done, fork the workspace for the next cycle. The new workspace will be seeded with your structure, your customizations, and this cycle's retro as your agent's first Status entry — so it picks up context-aware from where this one left off. Same template, next cycle, no manual setup.
