Use the Calendar surface. Columns: title, type (blog / newsletter / video / social), publish date, owner, status.

Drafts

Each piece in the calendar gets a section here. When the calendar row is "drafting," the doc has the rough cut. When it moves to "ready," it's the publishable version.

Distribution

Use the Distribution surface. Per piece: which channels it went out on, when, and the engagement.
